Export Advisory & Promotion Leadership • Develop and deliver advisory services to assist domestic companies to become export ready support existing exporters to increase their exports. • Represent a senior level with private sector companies, government agencies and business groups • Build and maintain successful international networks and relationships to promote effective export outcomes. • Contribution to Qatar’s export sector objectives • Export Agency targets met (Q1 2011) • Profile in the private and public sector as a key contributor to Qatar’s Export impact. 3. Policies & Procedures • Lead the development of policies and processes to grow Qatar’s export sector • Ensure all new policies are in line with international trade agreements Qatar Law and Qatar Labour Law. • All Export Agency policies are kept up- to-date and applied • Timely communications of policy and procedure updates 4.
